I swear they are in choots with one another. It makes no damn sense that they charge me for a surgical procedure that was not even surgical. THEN, the stupid lady in the billing office has the NEEEERRRRVVEEEE to get smart with me. Who does she think she is... I told her I pay you all to handle the billing and coding for my kids medical claims and you are asking me if I have a better code that you can use. You UNPROFESSIONAL chick you (there was another word I wanted to us -but I'm stay saved!)
I am pissed because they are trying to swindle me out of 100 bucks and WE ARE IN A RECESSION - I already pay a copay and then I pay the insurance monthly - WHAT ELSE DO YOU WANT!!!!!!!!!!!!! URRRGGHHH! I can scream. I know one thing they betta fix this or I will take my business else where. Ya heard me?
